Support requests, issues, or incidents: React promptly, investigate, analyze, resolve, and follow-up issues with end-users.
- Work with external partners and experts when necessary. Build strong relationships with them to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation in appropriate systems.
As a business analyst, you actively contribute to corporate digital transformation projects. In this role, you are accountable for some or all the following tasks:
- Collecting business needs, challenging them and translating them into functional requirements
- Participating in the mapping or review of business processes to ensure alignment between the processes and the solution (with the ambition of remaining close to standards)
- Creating, testing, and validating functional requirements
- Defining and configuring security roles/access rights
- Following security guidelines and involving the Security team when necessary
- Coordinating and follow-up the work on the infrastructure with the IT team
- Executing integration testing
- Supporting UAT testing
- Preparing and monitoring the execution of data migration (Export/Import)
- Contributing to the definition of the cut-over plan
**Profile**:
- Diploma and experience _:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Masters's degree in Business/Economics combined with a Computer Technology degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst/Software Architect or 5+ years of experience in another technical role related to Information Technology
- Technical skills_:
- Knowledge and previous relevant experiences with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365 but other experience is OK if you’re willing to deep dive into the Microsoft environment).
- Sufficient financial knowledge to be able to work efficiently and be proactive when you work with your primary stakeholders (Finance members).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft environment - Dynamics 365, Power BI, ETL, Azure data factory, Power-automate and Power Apps - is a significant asset.
- Knowledge of 0365, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, DevOps will ease the onboarding.
- Some knowledge or experience of the following topics is a plus (but not necessary):
- Conception of data models/database schema.
- UML diagrams and BPMN annotations.
- Micro service architecture and API.
