Specialist QA operational Warehouse - PWI_**

This position will allow you to be part of the QA operational team in the warehouse building (WN07).

You will be part of MPU PWI (Packaging, Warehouse and Incoming materials) and you will work in the Belgium central warehouse that store and provide goods (raw materials or products) for all MPU.

Your role will be to ensure that warehouse activities (Stock, transfer, cold chain,...). meet cGMP requirements, and that quality oversight is in place/in use. You will also responsible of quality decision regarding products/activities and work with a team composed of 3 technicians.

**In this role you will**
- Ensure the compliance on EHS topics in/outside his area and develop the EHS mindset within his team and/or peers
- Ensure Quality Systems (deviation, investigation, CAPA, documentation, training, change control, validation activities) are in place in use and handled in a timely manner
- Ensure with his/her team that review of cold chain is under control in his area responsibility
- Ensure compliance of the operations with cGMP, Authorities and QMS requirements and escalate major quality issues and/or compliance gaps to management and relevant governing bodies
Ensure the respect of Quality oversight and L1 audit planning and report closed in a timely manner, potentially realize L1 audit.
- Manage complex problems, evaluate potential impact on product/material quality and escalate to management
- Promote continuous improvement mindset in a day to day activities within his/her team and peers

Qualifications & Skills:

- University degree (Biotechnology, Agronomy, Chemistry or Pharmacy)
- At least 5 years professional experience in pharmaceutical environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills in French & English
- Good Knowledge of GMP Regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent level of French and good level of English
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulated environment;
- Leadership, analytical skills, prioritization management, well organized, listening and communication skills
