Wearable Stories is a young Antwerp based women's Fair Fashion Brand known for its feminine, contemporary and comfortable styles produced with our partners and planet in mind.
In the context of the increased attention to the brand identity that supports our growth, particularly internationally, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, motivated social media content and digital marketing specialist, an exciting and challenging role in a fast moving and growing company.
Social Media Content and Digital Marketing Specialist
What does the role involve?
- Building a complete social media strategy for Wearable Stories, maximising use of each channel and ever changing landscape of social media;
- Developing and planning our daily organic social media plan across all platforms and channels including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok and Linkedin, working with our Copywriter to get the best results;
- Plan, brief and execute all social comms, adapted and prioritised to max impact in each channel
- Uploading and scheduling all social media posts, including building content natively in each app (e.g. reels, tiktoks, stories)
- Nurturing our WS community online for each channel, optimising platform specific tools
- Reading and reporting on social insights, continually feeding into team
- Developing a budgeted boosting strategy to help our posts fly
- Developing content plans and ideally helping create bespoke content internally;
- Building strong relationships with other like-minded brands to partner with on social

You will need/be...
- A ton of experience running and growing social media channels, with a proven track record and a perfect blend of strategy, creativity and action, affinity with fashion and / or lifestyle is a plus;
- Be all over upcoming trends and themes we should be jumping on, understanding constraints and benefits of each platform, constantly adapting our social media strategy for max. impact and ROI
- A whizz at building content in-app, and understanding what works best
- A good understanding of how Meta Business works and being able to play the algorithm to change and adapt to it
- A creative eye and experience capturing content for social media;
- Happy to put your face on camera, to show the human side of our business, and record voiceovers.
- Understanding of paid social plans
- Able to work quickly and efficiently with a real “can do” attitude
- Passionate about making a positive impact for our planet
- Photography and Graphic design skills are very valuable
