**Missie van de afdeling**

Om onze klanten nog beter van dienst te zijn en onze medewerkers te ondersteunen, biedt Beobank in samenwerking met de Groupe Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale en onze externe IT diensten, oplossingen gebaseerd op kunstmatige intelligentie.

Meer dan een jaar geleden werd er in onze mobiele app en voor internetbankieren, een ‘cognitieve’ oplossing gelanceerd: een chatbot (genaamd Pixy). Het is de bedoeling om deze te verbeteren en te laten evolueren om het repertoire aan gesprekken uit te breiden.

**Rol en verantwoordelijkheden**

Uw missie is om de tools en processen die door de technische teams ter beschikking zijn gesteld, te benutten om verbeteringen en/of aanpassingen te implementeren aan Pixy, de cognitieve assistent van Beobank.
- Meer specifiek zullen uw taken omvatten_:

- Analyseren van gegevens en KPI-rapporten:

- Klantvragen/gesprekken via de chat analyseren om de huidige en toekomstige behoeften te identificeren.
- In samenwerking met de datateams bepalen welke KPI's moeten worden gevolgd om de kwaliteit van de tool te waarborgen.
- Het achteraf analyseren van het gedrag en de resultaten van de oplossing om gebieden voor verbetering binnen het kader van continue verbetering te identificeren.
- Beheren en coördineren van de roadmap van de cognitieve assistent:

- Workshops organiseren met vakexperts.
- Luisteren naar, begeleiden van en in vraag stellen van hun behoeften.
- Behoeften van vakexperts vertalen naar aanvragen die in de tool worden geïmplementeerd.
- Voor elk onderdeel een projectteam samenstellen.
- De effectiviteit van de geïmplementeerde modellen beoordelen en valideren, onder toezicht van de NLP (Natural Language Processing) Designer die verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwerpen van NLP-modellen.
- Coördineren met de NLP Designer voor een optimale implementatie.
- De verschillende fasen van de ontwikkeling van de oplossing opvolgen, inclusief de testfasen tot het in productie gaan.
- Zorgen voor training van nieuwe teamleden en hun competenties ontwikkelen.
- Gebruiken van de tools die beschikbaar zijn gesteld door de technische teams om de oplossing te laten evolueren:

- Het cognitieve model verrijken, onder toezicht van de NLP-designer, met nieuwe vragen om de communicatieperimeter van de chatbot uit te breiden.
- Technische ontwikkelingen van de tool opvolgen om de functionaliteit te vergroten: dialoog, aansturing van de pagina, zoekfunctie, vergelijking, enz.

**Vaardigheden**:

- Sterke analytische vaardigheden, nauwkeurig en oog voor detail.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en geïnteresseerd in de werking van AI-modellen.
- Je hebt al enige ervaring in het beheer van een project roadmap.
- Je wilt vooruitgaan en aarzelt niet om je in te zetten om resultaten te behalen.
- Je zoekt voortdurend naar nieuwe oplossingen, zowel organisatorisch als technisch.
- Je wilt leren over nieuwe tools in het beheer van cognitieve oplossingen.
- Je gebruikt kwantitatieve analyses om je beslissingen te ondersteunen.
- Je hebt uitstekende presentatievaardigheden.
- Je bent positief, spontaan, proactief en nauwgezet.

**Opleiding en kennis**:

- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Handelswetenschappen, Toegepaste (Economische) Wetenschappen, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, of equivalent.
- Je heeft een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Frans (zowel gesproken als geschreven)
- Interesse in data-analyse.
- Kennis van bank
- en verzekeringszaken en aanvullende opleiding in een ander vakgebied zijn extra troeven.
- Goede beheersing van de MS Office-suite (goede kennis van Excel).
