As SME Development Tooling of Github Copilot, you will have a key role in one of the AI initiatives of Proximus, as well as in the migration of GitLab data to Github as a Source code management tool. You will act like the AI driven tech lead in the digital domain.
- You will actively lead the roll out of Github Copilot:
- You will oversee and manage the installation process.
- You will complete the configuration of the tool and make sure it is compliant with security.
- You will complete the integration of Github Copilot with the existing Proximus ecosystem (IMA, IDE, Azure, CI/CD).
- You will set up the technical documentation in a clear manner, together with the related processes of the tool.
- You will set up a training package for developers.
- You will support in the management of the seats/licenses.
- You will perform in a creative way the communication of the roll out of Github Copilot according to the ADKAR principle.
- During the roll out (& afterwards), you will give continuous support to ensure the adaption of Github Copilot.
Your Profile
- Languages: profound knowledge of English and Dutch or French.
- Experience: you developed at least a first strong professional experience in the IT domain.
- Diploma: You have a bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in an IT field) or equivalent through experience.
- Soft skills:
- Team player.
- Communication skills.
- Agile mindset: You actively contribute to the Agile ceremonies for the squad (Daily Stand-ups, refinement meetings, retrospectives, demos, and sprint planning meetings) to achieve successful delivery of the requested features.
