**FONCTION**

Rapportant directement à l’IT Director, le Data Lead pilote l’ensemble des activités liées à la donnée. Il dispose d’une vision transverse sur l’ensemble des métiers pour un usage pertinent des données, y compris personnelles, dans un but d’optimisation des performances des métiers et de l’entreprise. Le data lead est responsable de tous les aspects de la gouvernance des données, notamment le développement de la stratégie globale de l'architecture des données et la création et la maintenance des normes et des meilleures pratiques pour la fourniture de données et l'intégration des données. Ce dernier point est l’aspect principal de sa mission à savoir l’intégration des différents logiciels entre-eux. Le responsable des données définit la gouvernance des données maîtresses et des processus, les solutions de gestion des données maîtresses et la stratégie de migration des données notamment pour le programme d’implémentation d’un nouvel ERP actuellement en cours. Il/elle supervise la mise en place de la gouvernance, des processus et de l'organisation pour la gestion des données, dirige la mise en œuvre des solutions associées et coordonne les activités de migration des données. Le responsable des données s'appuie sur l'architecte de l'information et des données de l'architecture d'entreprise et coordonne avec les autres responsables pour fournir les solutions, les processus et l'organisation liés aux données. Ses responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Il coordonne l’ensemble des activités d’intégrations des systèmes informatiques tant en mode projet qu’en mode plus opérationnel,
- Il est responsable de la politique générale de la gouvernance des données, il en définit le cadre et assure le respect et la cohérence de sa mise en œuvre,
- Il encourage la création et le développement de nouvelles méthodes statistiques et de solutions au service des projets stratégiques de l’entreprise,
- Il contribue à la création d’un système d’information (SI) adapté, favorisant le traitement et l’analyse des données. Il travaille avec les Data Scientists, les Data Analysts, les Architectes et chefs de projet SI.
- Il procède aux analyses d’impacts et de risques sur les données avec le RSSI et le Data Privacy Officer,
- Il communique et « évangélise » l’ensemble des instances sur l’importance de l’actif « Données »,
- Il participe aux instances de gouvernance stratégiques des données.
- Il étudie en détail les dernières innovations technologiques et sur base de celles-ci, envisage des solutions créatives pour fournir de nouveaux concepts, idées, produits ou services,
- Il écoute attentivement les clients internes/externes et gère les relations avec toutes les parties prenantes pour garantir des solutions en ligne avec les exigences métier,
- Il met en œuvre la gestion du risque dans les systèmes d’information. Il documente les risques possibles et les plans d’action pour les contrôler.

**PROFIL**
- Master en ingénierie, en Management et/ou Master spécialisé en Data Mining / Big Data, ou équivalent par expérience
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de production, d’exploitation ou de support,
- Connaissance et maîtrise des concepts ETL ainsi qu’une connaissance applicative (ex. Boomi, Talend,) est un must
- Une expérience probante dans l’intégration de la suite SAP est un réel plus,
- Maîtrise des systèmes de Business Intelligence et de datawarehouse internes,
- Expérience en outils d’analyse et de visualisation de la donnée (Power BI, Cognos Analytics, Qlik Sense, SQL Server,),
- Connaissance et maîtrise des concepts ITIL,
- Habitué des méthodes et techniques de conduite de projet,
- Pratique courante de l’anglais écrit et parlé, toute autre langue est un atout,
- Analytique et rigoureux,
- Assertivité et sens de l’écoute,
- Bon communicateur,
- Orienté client et résultat,
- Disposé à faire des interventions planifiées hors journée classique (soirée, weekend ) ou des interventions urgentes (incidents majeurs ) sur site.
