As the Facilities & Infrastructure Coordinator at IBA, you will play a crucial role in managing office operations and services to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. From Autocad drawings to office layout maintenance and miscellaneous projects, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our workspace and supporting our global team.

**Challenges we trust you with**
- Create and maintain Autocad drawings for building, office, and operational areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and technical rooms.
- Manage office areas and furniture, ensuring optimal utilization of space and standardization of furniture.
- Generate reports and calculate ratios related to office occupancy and flexibility.
- Lead office layout and miscellaneous projects, from information collection to Autocad drafts and budget estimation.
- Actively participate in implementing IBA's safety and security policies for facility and infrastructure activities.
- Solve day-to-day issues and provide support for miscellaneous projects.
- Coordinate day care services as needed.
