Functieomschrijving
- Als business process coördinator analyseer je de huidige processen en breng je verbeterpunten aan.
- Je identificeert de verschillende stakeholders en brengt hun behoeften in kaart.
- Je beschrijft je visie op de toekomst en werkt een roadmap uit van verbetervoorstellen, innovatie, ideëen,die in lijn liggen met ons beleidsplan.
- Je werkt oplossingen uit in transversale teams van business
- en IT collega’s én doet dit steeds met het oog op meerwaardecreatie voor de verschillende stakeholders en met het oog op efficiëntie en effectiviteit.
- Je volgt jouw projecten op van analyse tot implementatie, en zorgt voor de nodige begeleiding zodat je voeling hebt met de impact van je oplossingen.
- Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het uitbouwen van onze datamaturiteit en infrastructuur mbt het nemen van data gedreven beslissingen, en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de business intelligence analist.
- Je woont interne en externe overlegvergaderingen bij.
Profiel
- Je hebt een master diploma.
- Je hebt opgebouwde ervaring inzake process management en business transformatie.
- Je analytische ingesteldheid, pragmatische aanpak en informatica-minded aanpak zijn de sleutelfactoren waarbij je het in kaart brengen en evalueren van onze processen en de customer journeys van onze leden tot een goed einde brengt.
- Je beschikt over de nodige changemanagement vaardigheden, je inspireert anderen met je energie en enthousiasme én weet hen te motiveren om mee te gaan in verandering.
- Je neemt initiatief, biedt oplossingen aan en neemt het voortouw bij het uitrollen van nieuwe zaken.
- Je sociale karakter en teamgerichtheid stellen je in staat om collega’s, partners, klanten,.. te betrekken en samen te werken tot een mooi resultaat.
- Je bent gebeten door business process improvement. Je houdt je kennis ook op peil op vlak van digitale tools die ons hierbij kunnen helpen.

- Een methode of een kwaliteitsactieplan toelichten en uitvoeren (correcties, verbetering, gelijkvormig maken,...)

De implementatie ondersteunen
- De uitvoeringsmodaliteiten van de oplossingen bepalen
De succesfactoren identificeren
- De klant begeleiden bij de toepassing van de oplossingen
Adviseren over de organisatie, de methodes en de middelen
- De noden van de klant analyseren
De doelstellingen en het kader van de interventie bepalen
- De technische, economische,informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
- De klant oplossingen voorstellen
Verbeteringen voorstellen qua organisatie, procedures, middelen,...
