We zijn op zoek naar een creatieve digitale communicator met een passie voor klimaat en sociale rechtvaardigheid om ons communicatieteam te versterken De Communicatie en Sociale Media Officer runt digitale campagnes en kanalen, maakt content die mensen moet betrekken, inspireren en informeren en je levert inhoudelijke bijdragen aan de campagne waar je deel van uitmaakt.

**Taakomschrijving**:

- Content creëren van A tot zet: Je maakt betekenisvolle en boeiende content - van research en het pitchen van je ideeën, tot het vertalen, publiceren en bijhouden van de prestaties op de verschillende kanalen.
- Ontwikkel en implementeer digitale strategieën en campagnetactieken en leid de communicatiestrategie van de campagne waar je deel van uitmaakt.
- Leiden in de rol van Communicatie en Sociale Media Officer bij toegewezen projecten om boeiende, innovatieve en effectieve online campagnes op te zetten die voldoen aan de organisatie
- en campagnedoelstellingen van Greenpeace België.
- Testen van en innoveren met nieuwe digitale tools en platformen: Je volgt de trends en zoekt voortdurend naar nieuwe manieren om onze communities en hun betrokkenheid te laten groeien (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter en andere relevante sociale media) om ons te helpen onze doelstellingen te bereiken.
- Je coördineert contentkalenders voor onze verschillende kanalen.
- Community: Je engageert en creëert een levende gemeenschap op onze verschillende kanalen

**Profiel**:

- Je wil de wereld veranderen en actie ondernemen voor een sociale en rechtvaardige samenleving;
- Je hebt minstens **3 jaar relevante ervaring**;
- Je hebt een heel** vlotte pen** in het Nederlands.
- Je bent een **kameleon**: je weet hoe je moet communiceren en contact maken met verschillende doelgroepen;
- Je hebt ervaring met het **ontwikkelen van communicatiestrategieën en tactieken**. Je hebt een langetermijnvisie en kan deze in je dagelijks werk implementeren;
- Je weet hoe je relevante online communities opbouwt, laat groeien en beheert;
- Je volgt de laatste **trends** op het gebied van social media;
- Je hebt ervaring met **content creatie**. Je weet hoe je het maximale uit Canva haalt. Ervaring met Photoshop en Indesign is een pluspunt;
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden;
- Je bent in staat om moeilijke informatie uit verschillende bronnen te verzamelen en samen te vatten in eenvoudige taal;
- Je hebt een **actieve kennis van Frans en Engels**;
- Je kan werken in een snelle, responsieve, “live” omgeving;
Je hebt oprechte interesse in en voelt je betrokken bij milieu
- en klimaatkwesties.
