**Description**
En tant que Administrator IT & Purchase Officer, vous vous occupez de l’évolution permanente des flux administratifs du département IT & Purchase.
En outre, vous êtes responsable de:
IT
- Traiter les factures.
- Donner les instructions nécessaires à la comptabilité ou au service contrôle interne afin d’imputer les bonnes entités internes ou afin de refacturer les bonnes entités externes.
- Préparation du budget annuel IT et suivi du budget tout au long de l’année.
- Répondre des différents rapports financiers IT demandés.
- Réception et vérification des offres de prix de matériel informatique. Etablissement des bons de commande. Réceptions des achats du département IT en SRM.
- Administration des contrats et licenses
Purchase
- Gestion des contrats : Assurer la gestion et le suivi des contrats, ainsi que le suivi des signatures. Devenir l’interlocuteur du département sur le sujet.
- Veiller à la création des fournisseurs dans le respect des règles Groupe.
- Maîtrise et suivi de la relation avec certains fournisseurs.
En bref, un touche-à-tout administratif qui a le sens du détail et de la flexibilité.
**Profile**
- Vous possédez au minimum un bachelier ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente
- Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et du français
- Vous avez déjà acquis de l'expérience dans des tâches adminsitratives
- Vous êtes sociable, tenance et diplomate, team minded et autonome
