- kost
- en risicomanagement. Met hun dedicated team staan ze dagelijks in voor een eerlijke en efficiënte opvolging van projecten - met als hoofddoel: maximale efficiëntie.

Hun expertise en brede waaier aan projecten maken hen de ideale leerschool en werkplek om van verschillende sectoren te proeven en gevarieerde projecten tot een goed einde te brengen. Niet twijfelen dus, want zij bieden een een speciaal opleidingsprogramma waarin young professionals de kans krijgen zich te ontwikkelen tot specialist in projectbeheersing.
**HET TRAINEESHIP**
Je traject start met een maand intensieve opleiding. Netwerkplanning, Primavera, MS Project en Effectief communiceren,je leert het allemaal kennen aan de hand van theorie en praktijk simulatie. Met deze basis kan je aan de slag bij wisselende opdrachtgevers met uitdagende projecten met een maatschappelijke impact. Hiervoor krijg je ondersteuning van een ervaren collega en teambegeleider. Tijdens deze projecten krijg je een belangrijke adviserende rol. Je bewaakt de tijd, middelen, kosten, kwaliteit en voortgang van het project en grijpt in wanneer aanpassingen nodig zijn.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor projectgerelateerde zaken zoals: het opstellen en analyseren van voortgangsrapportages, het genereren en archiveren van rapportages enzovoort. Tenslotte maak jij deel uit van één van onze expertiseteams op het gebied van project control.

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een technische achtergrond door een opleiding of eerdere werkervaring.
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in de wiskunde, fysica, biochemie of elektromechanica, bouw of engineering.
- Je bent leergierig en gaat graag uitdagingen aan.
- Probleemoplossend denken is voor jou geen probleem.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband en hebt een hands
- on mentaliteit.
- Frans en/ of Engels is een plus.
- Je bent sterk communicatief en herkent je in een adviserende rol.
- Je houdt van afwisseling.
