Technical Strategic Buyer FR/EN - Brabant-Wallon - CDI
**Votre nouveau rôle**
En tant qu’Acheteur stratégique, votre rôle sera de développer le département des achats. Vous devrez entre autres:
- Définir et implémenter des stratégies achats en collaboration avec vos partenaires internes et les acheteurs/approvisionneurs locaux
- Valider, maintenir et évaluer le panel fournisseurs
- Gérer le processus d’appel d’offres (RFx) de la définition du besoin à la sélection du fournisseur final
- Piloter la relation globale avec les fournisseurs clés en visant à améliorer leurs performances et en assurant des réunions périodiques avec vos clients internes
- Négocier et conclure des contrats cadres avec les fournisseurs clés
- Identifier des opportunités d’optimisation et lancer des projets de réduction de coûts de façon proactive
- Établir une veille technologique en vue d’anticiper les nouveautés sur le marché et piloter des projets d’innovation liés aux achats
- Créer une dynamique au sein des achats du groupe en communiquant périodiquement aux acheteurs locaux les tendances de marché, les évolutions de coûts et des stratégies
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les bureaux d’étude, le marketing, les acheteurs locaux et les fournisseurs afin d’influencer le choix des matériaux et les procédés de fabrication des nouveaux produits ou des produits existants
- Mitiger les risques liés au panel fournisseurs en collaboration avec les acheteurs locaux
- Être force de proposition et moteur dans la conduite du changement
**Profil recherché**
- Un bachelier ou Master en engineering, business procurement ou supply chain
- Min. 5 ans d’expérience dans les achats stratégiques en milieu industriel
- Très bon niveau de français et d'anglais (min. B2)
- Affinité avec la technique
- Maitrise de la suite MS Office et capacité à utiliser un ERP
- Prêt à voyager une fois par mois en France
- Innovant(e), communiquant(e) et capable d'influencer et de convaincre tous les niveaux hiérarchiques
