**Job description**:
Join us at **Leonardo Belgium (LBe)** as a **NATO** **Sales Specialist** and help us extend our presence in the EU Institutions market, with a focus on **NATO** Our Cyber & Security division, a global pioneer in innovative cybersecurity solutions, is expanding its presence in **Brussels **— an ideal location for fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth in Europe and beyond.

**Purpose of the job**:
We seek a highly motivated individual who can leverage their expertise in the EU institutions market (especially **NATO**) to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and establish lasting connections with clients and partners. This role offers a unique platform to contribute to our mission of safeguarding critical infrastructure through advanced cybersecurity technologies.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consortia and participate in Call for Tenders across various cyber and digital domains
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners, including key business executives and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and exploring emerging markets
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with partners and customers to optimize profitability
- Contribute to the creation of compelling financial proposals and technical solutions

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Affairs, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience working in the EU institution and international organization markets
- Proven track record of building successful client relationships and closing deals
- Demonstrated proficiency in offering management, tender coordination, and digital security solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and adapting to evolving market conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital presentation tools
- Possesses a proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
