**_Sales Associate - Brussels_**

Our world leading luxury Maisons in Jewellry and Watches - Cartier is looking for a passionate and highly professional Sales Associate to join our boutique in Brussels.

**How will you make an impact?**

You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and After-Sales service skills and uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including After-Sales procedure.
You will drive sales and act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships.

1. Sales Achievements
- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
- Perfectly master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)
- You are flexible and adaptive towards clients’ needs and motivations
- You always strive to improve and surprise the clients
- Deal with ease during negotiations and objections
- Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
- Act as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of Care Service
- Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

2. Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
- You cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
- Efficiently develop the client portfolio
- Execute targeted CRM actions
- Define targeted actions on clients coming for a Care service (to leverage service to sale conversion), on existing clients for repurchasing / upgrade and to convert visitors & prospects into clients
- You participate at client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison

3. Commercial performance
- Define short/mid
- and long-term actions to achieve and exceed individual KPIS provided by the management
- Find ways to exploit existing, as well as new opportunities for Cartier: within the boutique (i.e., Promote cross selling & up selling) and beyond the boutique (i.e., Participate to client’s relevant events, Leverage VIP as center influence)
- Partner with team members in the boutique or outside the boutique (i.e., CRC) to explore development opportunities i.e., Leverage service to sales)
- Constantly learn from others (i.e., participate to mentoring /referral programs)

4. Daily Boutique Operations
- Respect all group, Maison and boutique policies and procedures
- You are involved in inventories
- Participate in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
- Assist in implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Assists with special projects when requested

**How will you experience success with us?**
- You have 2 to 3 years working experience in a Sales Associate role in the Luxury Retail Industry (experience with Watches & Jewellry is a plus)
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in** English **and **Dutch**, any other language is a plus
- You have a solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watches
- You have excellent interpersonal competences to develop a network of loyal clients
- You are meticulous, organized, and highly client focused
