**Job Title**: Project Manager - Identity Access Management (IAM)
**Location**: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid Working Model)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee IAM/CIAM projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and resolve any technical challenges.
- Create and maintain project plans, tracking schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in technical discussions and review project documentation.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, process improvements, and quality assurance standards.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical experience in Identity Access Management (IAM)** or **Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM)** is a must.
- Experience managing IT projects and working in hybrid work environments.
- Strong project management skills, with knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and experience in risk management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of Cybersecurity and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) in relation to IAM.
- Familiarity with IAM/CIAM tools and technologies.
