**A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU**:
**Business Development**
- Identification of international technical assistance business opportunities
- Identification of experts and partners for business opportunities
- Coordinate the preparation of Expressions of Interest with support teams from the ASU( Acquisition Support Unit)
- Under the responsibility of a Senior Manager, leadership/coordination in the preparation of tenders for business opportunities
- Other technical and commercial tasks such as participation to fact-finding missions
**Project Implementation**
- Lead the implementation of at least one TA project
- Be able to coordinate a small team of PA or JPM ( 1 to two people) and interact with the supporting teams from FD and ISU ( implementation support unit)
- You will manage and expand our network of experts, clients and partners;
- You will build and maintain a positive image of B&S Europe with key partners & stakeholders.
**Teamwork**
- You will contribute to B&S working groups and cross-cutting activities;
- You will participate in GOPA Group related activities.

**A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US**:
- A university degree in a related field, i.e. International Relations, Political Science, Law, Sociology, Economics etc., is desirable
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in in the international development sector; both in business development and/or in project management;
- An understanding of topics related to Governance;
- A genuine interest in B&S Europe’s mission and values: honesty, empathy, professionalism and dynamism;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; other languages (French, Spanish, etc) will be considered as an important asset;
- Computer-literacy (MS Office, Adobe, Project Management software, Canvas e.g. are desirable skills)
- You enjoy building and nurturing strong working relationships over time with a variety of stakeholders;
- You pride yourself in delivering high quality results within sometimes difficult timeframes;
- You are very “hands-on” and you are comfortable juggling priorities;
- You are a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude;
- You are willing to travel 15% to 20% of your time;
- Above all, you are a true team player with a friendly, open personality and a sense of humour.
