**Function**:
As Regulatory Affairs & Quality Lead, you are responsible for the execution and follow-up of the following tasks:
**Regulatory Affairs**:

- Preparation and follow-up of product registrations (initial authorization, adaptation to new requirements, renewals) of feed additives within and outside Europe, in close cooperation with internal colleagues (R&D, product management, marketing, production) and external distribution partners and authorities.
- Evaluation and interpretation of regulatory and safety requirements for the feed additive industry (Europe, Middle East, Asia, North and South America, Africa) with respect to existing and future requirements.

**Quality**:

- Management of the quality system and monitoring of compliance with legislation and certification requirements related to quality and food safety.
- Food safety team leader (HACCP team)
- Internal information regarding quality assurance developments
- Quality assessment and selection of external product and service suppliers (transporters, laboratories, packaging, etc.)
- Follow-up of labeling requirements and management of labels
- Registration, analysis and remediation of complaints and deviations
- Preparing and supporting internal and external audits within the framework of GMP+/FCA certification
- Maintaining contacts with the Certifying Bodies, and representing the company towards sector organizations (Ovocom, BFA) and authorities
- Reporting to the Management

**Profile**:
**Education, knowledge and experience**:

- Minimum bachelor degree in life sciences (industrial engineer, bio-engineer, pharmacy,...) or equivalent through experience and operational knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience in the animal feed sector and quality systems are an added value
- Knowledge of languages: good knowledge of Dutch, English, French - Notions of Spanish are a plus.
