Der deutsche Fondsverband BVI mit Sitz in Frankfurt und Büros in Brüssel und Berlin ist der größte Fondsverband Europas. Er vertritt die Interessen der deutschen Fondswirtschaft auf nationaler, europäischer und globaler Ebene. Der BVI ist der Ansprechpartner für Politik und Aufsicht bei allen Themen rund um Investmentfonds und Asset Management. Er berät seine Mitglieder und informiert über regulatorische Entwicklungen. Die 116 Mitgliedsunternehmen des BVI verwalten rund 4 Billionen Euro Anlagekapital für Privatanleger, Versicherungen, Altersvorsorgeeinrichtungen, Banken, Kirchen und Stiftungen und decken damit über 95 Prozent des Marktes ab. Zu unseren Mitgliedern zählen auch zahlreiche deutsche Niederlassungen ausländischer Fondsgesellschaften. Sie machen rund die Hälfte aus.

Referenten (m/w/d)

Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle (38 Stunden pro Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Sie vertreten die Positionen des BVI zu europäischen Themen und EU-Regulierung gegenüber den EU-Gesetzgebern, Behörden, Ministerien und anderen Stakeholdern und halten Kontakt zu den Brüsseler Vertretern unserer Mitgliedsunternehmen
- Sie verfolgen aktuelle Gesetzgebungsverfahren auf europäischer Ebene und unterstützen mit Ihrer EU-Expertise die Fachkollegen in Frankfurt bei der Positionsfindung
- Sie betreuen eigenständig die Ihnen übertragenen Fachthemen, die rechtliche und (finanz-) wirtschaftliche Aspekte umfassen
- Sie analysieren in Zusammenarbeit mit Ihren Kollegen regulatorische Entwicklungen, identifizieren Umsetzungsbedarf oder zusätzliche Anforderungen für die Mitglieder des BVI und entwickeln politische und strategische Handlungsempfehlungen
- Sie verfassen Berichte über Ausschusssitzungen des Europäischen Parlaments, Konferenzen und andere relevante Branchenevents
- Sie unterstützen bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen in Brüssel

Ihr Profil:

- Sie haben großes Interesse an europäischer Politik und bereits erste Erfahrungen im EU- Umfeld gesammelt, vorzugsweise im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen
- Sie haben starke kommunikative und soziale Fähigkeiten. Sie treten selbstbewusst und verbindlich auf, verfügen über diplomatisches Geschick und Lust auf Diskussionen mit internationalen Gesprächspartnern
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Politik-, Kommunikations-, Rechts
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Sie verfügen über eine sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Loyalität und Eigeninitiative
- Sie zeichnen sich aus durch Ihre Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit und ein freundliches und offenes Auftreten
