**Unsaid is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create and oversee digital and print creative solutions for our marketing needs. You will work directly with the Art Director, and will help manage and guide the junior design team through all brand related tasks. The Senior Graphic Designer responsibilities include generating creative ideas, designing digital and print assets, following up on post production to meet deadlines.
The applicants must have extensive knowledge of typography, layout, design techniques and trends as well as an impeccable eye for detail. You re able to communicate and present ideas with mood boards and mockups. You must also have experience implementing marketing campaigns. You will ensure that the design team communicates the company's vision through high-quality graphic content.
**Expectations**:
- Designing digital assets, presentations and storyboards as well as printed collateral.
- Managing and oversee the creative process from design to completion.
- Reviewing designs from junior designers to ensure high quality.
- Generating new concepts and preparing briefings, mockups and mood-boards.
- Ensuring brand consistency across marketing projects.
- Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and tools.
- Postproduction of all assets: retouching and editing notes.
- Enhance the usability of digital products, following up on digital trends.
- Maintain brand consistency across all our marketing projects
- Ability to work across teams depending on the design task e.g. marketing, digital/web as well as external stakeholders e.g. PR, event, or design agencies
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven work experience (4-5 years) as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Hands-on experience with image editing software: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma
- Proficient in design software (Creative Suit)
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
- A keen eye for visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
