As an analyst you will get the opportunity to work in the integration office of the company.
- You help the stakeholders to specify the requirements by really understanding and challenging their needs and problems.
- You facilitate the decision making process to ensure a validated scope and approach.
- You support the setup of testing and defect fixing
- You actively support the technical analysts in the development and documentation of the technical design with the aim of delivering a qualitative IT solution, in accordance with the functional analysis, architectural vision and imposed standards
- You give functional and test support for data migration
- You take part in functional testing.
- You support business acceptation tests and implement controls

**Requirements**:

- You have strong analytical skills, work accurately and have a problem-solving attitude.
- Working together comes naturally for you as a team player.
- Proactive communication skills and tactful diplomacy lead you to the right people, questions, answers and solutions.
- You can seamlessly combine structured, planning and process-based work with the necessary creativity.
- Be open to receiving constructive feedback.

Required experience
- +/- 5 years of relevant experience as an Analyst
- Experience in facilitating groups and decision making processes
- Experience in coaching junior colleagues

Insurance knowledge Knowledge -> Is a benefit in the execution of the job

Languages Dutch: Very good knowledge, both speaking and writing French

Basic knowledge English
