Bij de vacature van customer service kom je terecht in een hip en snelgroeiend softwarebedrijf waarvan het hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen ligt. Daarnaast heeft onze klant ook vestigingen in Roeselare, Hasselt en Brussel. In dit bedrijf primeren people skills en attitude, er wordt dan ook sterk ingezet op coaching en begeleiding. De ambitie van dit bedrijf blijft niet beperkt tot onze landsgrenzen, zo openden ze recent een filiaal in Spanje.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Ben jij een persoon die graag anderen helpt? Iemand met een vlotte babbel die ook commercieel ingesteld is? Voor deze vacature als customer succes medewerker in Antwerpen, ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit. Je zal instaan voor het begeleiden van nieuwe klanten (B2B) in het software pakket. Indien klanten vragen hebben ben jij de persoon bij wie ze terecht kunnen. Misschien wel deze mensen wel via jou een kennismaking of extra info. Natuurlijk zijn er altijd klanten die afscheid willen nemen, ook hier is het jouw taak om hen zo goed mogelijk verder te helpen en hen te overtuigen om toch te blijven. Hiervoor krijg je uiteraard een opleiding en zal je ook even meegaan met de vertegenwoordigers om te zien wat zij effectief doen en bespreken met klanten.

- Je bent een vlotte babbelaar (zeker telefonisch)

- Een goed mondje Frans is zeker mooi meegenomen
- Telefonisch mensen verder helpen en zaken uitleggen is je hoofdtaak
**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Het loonspakket voor de vacature van Vertegenwoordiger Software omvat volgende zaken:
- een fulltime functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid.
- Tegenover jouw inspanningen staat een competitieve bruto verloning (vast + variabel loon) in cobinatie met extralegale voordelen zoals tankkaart en een wagen (Mercedes A-klasse nadat 2 opeenvolgende maanden de targets zijn behaald).
