**Volvo Car Belux zoekt voor zijn Consumer Experience afdeling een m/v/x**:
**Junior Consumer Experience / Marketing / PR Assistant**

**JOBINHOUD**

Als Assistant bied je ondersteuning aan het volledige Consumer Experience departement en sta je in voor een correct verloop van de dagelijkse administratie.
Hierdoor kom je met heel veel aspecten van het bedrijf in aanraking, waardoor je een heel goed beeld krijgt van het reilen en zeilen binnen de organisatie.

Afwisseling troef in deze rol: o.a. het beheer van het perswagenpark van A tot Z, administratieve ondersteuning voor de verschillende collega’s binnen het team, contactpersoon zijn voor het gebruik van de systemen binnen de afdeling, coördineren van persberichten, logistieke ondersteuning bij events en opleidingen,Kortom, als administratieve duizendpoot voel je je snel thuis.

Je werkt in deze rol nauw samen met verschillende interne collega’s, maar ook met onze retailers en externe partners.

Je hebt een ruime autonomie bij de uitoefening van je taken. Je maakt het verschil dankzij je proactiviteit, je inzet en je motivatie.

**PROFIEL**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma.
- Je bent tweetalig (NL- FR) met een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt een heel goede kennis van het Microsoft Office pakket.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in de automobielwereld.
- Je bent proactief, flexibel, communicatief en stressbestendig.
- Je ziet opportuniteiten om te verbeteren en neemt het initiatief om deze in overleg met het team uit te werken.
- Je houdt van teamwork en van een gestructureerde manier van werken.

**CONTENU DU JOB**

En tant qu'assistant, vous apportez votre soutien à l'ensemble du département Consumer Experience et veillez au bon déroulement de l'administration quotidienne.
Vous serez ainsi en contact avec de nombreux aspects de l'entreprise, ce qui vous donnera une très bonne idée des tenants et aboutissants de l'organisation.

La diversification est de mise dans cette fonction : gestion du parc de presse de A à Z, soutien administratif aux différents collègues de l'équipe, personne de contact pour l'utilisation des systèmes au sein du département, coordination des communiqués de presse, soutien logistique lors d'événements et de formations... Bref, en tant que touche-à-tout administratif, vous vous sentirez rapidement à l'aise.

Dans cette fonction, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec divers collègues internes, mais aussi avec nos distributeurs et nos partenaires externes.

Vous disposez d'une large autonomie dans l'exécution de vos tâches. Vous faites la différence grâce à votre proactivité, votre engagement et votre motivation.

**PROFIL**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ou de master.
- Vous êtes bilingue (FR- NL) avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du progiciel Microsoft Office.
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le monde de l'automobile.
