About you and this role

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Plant Integrity Coordinator based in Seneffe, Belgium.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring mechanical integrity across our operations. Your contributions will have a direct impact on process safety, compliance with regulatory requirements, Dow's Global Mechanical Integrity Safety Standards (GMISS), and equipment reliability, helping to reduce equipment failures and business impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement the most effective mechanical integrity technologies.
- Ensure compliance with global mechanical integrity safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate inspection activities and develop critical repair procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvement measures.
- Drive implementation of fixed asset integrity work processes and GMISS requirements.
- Lead self-assessments, GMISS audits, and resulting plant improvement initiatives.
- Engage in cross-functional and cross-discipline teams on mechanical integrity issues such as corrosion under insulation, GMISS, equipment reliability.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of relevant EH&S (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in both English and French.
