**Wie wij zijn**
De Landsbond van Liberale Mutualiteiten is het overkoepelende orgaan van de Liberale ziekenfondsen.
**Wat wij doen**
Wij ondersteunen de werking van onze ziekenfondsen. Daartoe hebben wij verschillende specialisaties samengebracht onder één dak: medische en juridische experten, maar ook knappe koppen inzake uitkeringen, extra voordelen, communicatieEr gebeurt uiteraard heel wat overleg met het RIZIV en met andere ziekenfondsen.
**Waarom wij het (graag) doen**
Omdat onze gezondheid ons belangrijkste goed is. Omdat we onze leden op weg willen helpen naar een gezonde leefstijl. Omdat we hen optimaal willen ondersteunen in geval van ziekte en arbeidsongeschiktheid.
**Wij zoeken versterking**
Momenteel willen wij onze dienst Ledenbeheer - Internationale Verdragen in Brussel versterken met een business analyst.
**Je functie als Business Analyst**:
- Je bouwt expertise op in drie domeinen: verzekerbaarheid, internationale verdragen en de aanvullende verzekering. Samen met je collega’s volg je de sociale wetgeving op die betrekking heeft op de inschrijving van leden bij een ziekenfonds en die het recht van deze leden op de prestaties van verplichte ziekteverzekering en aanvullende verzekering bepaalt.
- Je participeert aan externe vergaderingen en intermutualistische werkgroepen m.b.t. specifieke knelpunten in de organisatie van bovenvermelde domeinen.
- Je analyseert de bestaande werkprocedures en -processen en verzamelt feedback bij onze ziekenfondsen over bottlenecks in de organisatie van de dossierverwerking. Je organiseert hiervoor interne platformen en werkgroepen. De verzamelde info gebruik je om in overleg met je collega’s en onze informaticaleverancier de behoeften van de business te vertalen naar bruikbare oplossingen.
- Je neemt een groot deel van het technische luik ter harte: je volgt de productie van de ISI+ kaarten op, d.m.v. query’s trek je statistieken uit verschillende databanken en sta je in voor de nodige rapportering volgens de instructies van het RIZIV of andere stakeholders, je verwerkt de elektronische stromen van de kruispuntbank,
- Je speelt een actieve rol in projecten van de dienst om onze werking efficiënter te maken en te optimaliseren en koppelt ook terug naar de IT-afdeling.
- Samen met je collega’s stel je omzendbrieven op met instructies voor onze dossierbeheerders om de dossierverwerking te optimaliseren.
- Je zoekt oplossingen voor probleemdossiers. Het centrale doel daarbij is om leden maximaal te ondersteunen in hun rechten.
**Je profiel**
- Je bezit een diploma van het niveau bachelor of hoger.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en een uitgesproken interesse in informaticatoepassingen. Ervaring binnen de ziekenfonds
- of verzekeringssector, is een extra troef.
- Je hebt technische vaardigheden en bent vlot met informaticatoepassingen zoals Excel, FTP, SFTP, Datawarehouse, Business Intelligence,
- Je bent een plantrekker met een proactieve houding.
- Je bent niet bang om het woord te nemen en het standpunt van Liberale Mutualiteiten te verdedigen op vergaderingen.
- Je bent positief en collegiaal ingesteld.
- Je houdt ervan om complexe zaken te vulgariseren in een vlotte schrijfstijl.
- Je hebt een actieve kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
