Portfolio management is the glue of our organization by being the strategic advisor of all stakeholders. We drive customer value and growth thru easy to buy and easy to sell value propositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise.

**The role** of Portfolio Director Payroll & Reward
- You are responsible for building and driving the vision and strategy for our payroll and reward portfolio of products and services across Europe.
- You have a continuous eye on the market and the customer needs to optimize and streamline our product and services portfolio.
- Based on your expertise and our research, you are a trusted strategic advisor to our portfolio, sales/- enablement, marketing, services, product delivery and M&A organizations for your domain.
- In collaboration with the domestic portfolio managers, you support and guide the creation of the long term growth
- and investment plans for your domain.
- You drive customer experience by a market driven portfolio and investment choices and being an advocate of our customers across the organization.
- You represent SD Worx on external events as an expert speaker.
- You partner with the strategic pricing, portfolio and research colleagues to ensure an optimal bundling and packaging of our payroll and reward offerings.
- You proactively keep up with emerging advanced technologies that can influence our business.
- You will be a true coach and people manager, empowering intrapreneurship, nurturing talent and growth within portfolio management.
- With your experience you will be an important contributor to the continuous professionalization of our portfolio management processes.
- As a member of the management team you will report directly to the Group VP Portfolio Management.
- You will be based in Belgium/Germany/The Netherlands/UK/Sweden and willing to travel up to 10%.
- Brings a proven experience (+5Y) in payroll services and strategic B2B portfolio/product management (+8Y) in the European HR market to the table.
- Is an experienced people manager (+5Y).
- Has strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context for breakfast.
- Is an intrapreneur who truly takes on commitment and delivers.
- Has the capability to drive innovation in a complex technology and compliance environment.
- Is decisive backed by numbers and expertise.
- Always sees the bigger picture, looking forward to realize the overall strategy of our company.
- Is a strong internal and external networker with a natural presence that generates impact at all levels.
- As a critical analytical mind, contributes to the continuous challenging of the status quo and fuels innovation.
- Can take the lead for portfolio management in partnership and M&A initiatives.
- Has a strong knowledge of the European HCM and payroll market.
- Is a true team player. One for all, all for one
- Has experience in portfolio pricing and -pricing research. Certification is a strong plus.
- Is fluent in English (spoken and written), any other European language is a strong plus.
