**In line with the overall marketing strategy plan, the Digital Webmarketeer will leverage new initiatives, data analysis and Conversion Rate Optimization to generate leads and provide the best customer experience for toyota.be, toyota.lu, lexus.be, lexus.lu, dealer websites, apps, **
Therefore, the Digital Webmarketeer will:
- plan, maintain, design, implement and optimize the platforms;
- lead digital end-to-end projects, incl. plan roadmaps, project plans and timelines;
- take care of or guarantee the quality of the web content, updating information layouts and functionality of the platforms;
- monitor and assess website performance / user experience and find ways to improve;
- work collaboratively across the organization to meet the needs of different internal and external audiences;
- maximise the defined KPI’s (conversion, time spend on the website,) of the different platforms;
- analyse and advise on opportunities to the management;
- work with external partners for development and integration on the websites.
**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent via experience
- Proven working experience as website manager or within digital is a must.
- Fast learner in digital tools
- Able to analyze stakeholders' needs
- Good facilitation skills, engaging and encouraging contributions
- Agile project management and iterative development
- Organised and deadline oriented
- Very good written communication skills, ideally in 3 languages (Dutch, French, English)
- Attention to details
