- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on payroll experience.

- Ensure precise and prompt salary and premium payments with our external payroll provider.
- Master the art of stakeholder management, addressing uncertainties and discrepancies with various teams.
- Conduct meticulous accuracy checks on master data, collaborating with our dedicated master data team.
- Identify gaps in systems or processes and take proactive measures to resolve them.
- Continuously seek enhancements for our payroll process to elevate efficiency.
