**Technical support Digital France**
**(SUCY-EN-BRIE 94 - FRANCE)**

Primary responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to the following:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify solutions to medical or dental software issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g customer service manager)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Maintain jovial and fruitful relationships with clients
- Support our customers to include patients successfully in our platform
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support in Digital medical or dental field, good knowledges in Orthodontics is a plus
- You have the capacity to clearly communicate with all the relevant stakeholders in oral and written form.
- You have solid relationship skills and have been able to work in an optimal manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are credible, rigorous and meticulous in your work. Person of integrity, you are willing to invest yourself in this role.
- You have ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Co traveling with sales team and bring technical argumentations
- You master the Office package.
- Experience in ERP is an added advantage.
- Fluent level of French and English is required both written and spoken
- **You travel in all France on regular basis, Mobility and availability are required (Travel to Germany every two months)**
