**BESTAANSREDEN VAN DE FUNCTIE**
De Laborant FPL (senior B) voert FPL taken zelfstandig uit. Hij/zij voert de werkzaamheden uit conform de (in het kwaliteitshandboek opgenomen) procedures en leeft hierbij de norm ISO 17025:2017 na.
Hij/zij legt verantwoording af aan de technisch coördinator.
**FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING**
Als actor belast met operationele steun steunopdrachten uitvoeren met behulp van specifieke kennis, middelen en/of technieken om de klanten een operationele meerwaarde te bieden bij het vervullen van hun eigen opdrachten.
- Sporen exploiteren, hierbij gebruik makend van verschillende chemische en fysische technieken en methodes, om er alle nuttige informatie uit te halen met als doel elementen aan te reiken die bijdragen tot de opheldering van een misdrijf.
- Intern en extern rapporteren, met inbegrip van documentatie van de uitgevoerde analyses
- Als actor die actief gebruikmaakt van specifieke tactieken en technieken zijn kennis de specifieke tactieken en technieken verwerven, dagelijks toepassen, op peil houden en uitbreiden om voortdurend een onberispelijke en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening te verzekeren.
- Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden conform de beschreven procedures
- Verwerven van de toegewezen kennis en competenties om zelfstandig de toegewezen FPL-taken te kunnen uitvoeren.
- Gebruik maken van verschillende lichtbronnen om bewijsmateriaal te onderzoeken en sporen zichtbaar te maken
- Gebruik maken van digitale technieken om de zichtbaar gemaakte sporen te visualiseren en te registreren.
- De nodige methodes en apparatuur gebruiken die er toe bijdragen de sporen te verbeteren en deze op de juiste manier aan de bevoegde instantie over te maken voor vergelijking
Als technisch deskundige op basis van zijn expertise in zijn activiteitendomeinen analyses uitvoeren en adviezen formuleren voor het management, de diensten die hierom verzoeken en de partners om de leidinggevenden in staat te stellen de juiste beleidskeuzes te maken en/of de medewerkers te helpen bij hun taken.
- De meest geschikte onderzoeks
- en/of verwerkingsmethode kunnen bepalen in routine onderzoeken, hierbij gebruik makend van standaard vastgestelde methodes.
- Bij elke onverwachte ontwikkeling tijdens een analyse zijn Technical Coördinator hiervan in kennis stellen
- Opstellen en wijzigen van bedienings
- en werkvoorschriften en gerelateerde documenten
- Evalueren van documenten van het kwaliteitssysteem
- Deelnemen aan de van toepassing zijnde overlegvormen zoals beschreven
Als dossierbeheerder dossiers opstellen en/of analyseren en/of controleren volgens de geldende regelgeving of procedures om een besluit te kunnen trekken op basis van alle elementen en te garanderen dat een beslissing wordt genomen of dat het dossier wordt afgewerkt.
- Onderzoeken op de juiste manier documenteren, evalueren en analyseren, hierbij gebruik makend van vergelijkende onderzoeken en referentiemateriaal
Als informatie-beheerder de revelante informatie met betrekking tot specifieke domeinen beheren en exploiteren om ze beschikbaar te stellen zodat iedereen in staat is zijn/haar taken uit te voeren en/of de adhoc procedures na te leven.
- Computergestuurde opzoekingen uitvoeren in bestaande databanken en bijdragen aan het updaten van deze databanken indien nodig
Als technicus de machines en de infrastructuren, de toestellen en/of technische uitrustingen onderhouden en herstellen om de gebruikers in staat te stellen het materiaal en de infrastructuren te gebruiken tijdens dagelijkse activiteiten en de duurzame werking ervan te garanderen.
- Instaan voor het onderhoud van de hem/haar toevertrouwde apparatuur
- Instaan voor een deugdelijke uitvoering van de kalibratie en kwaliteitscontrole van de hem/haar opgedragen tests
Als logistieke ondersteuning logistieke taken en activiteiten verrichten volgens de geldende procedures om de logistieke middelen die de entiteit ter beschikking worden gesteld optimaal te beheren.
- Werkzaamheden uitvoeren inzake stock en voorraadbeheer van reagentia en verbruiksgoederen
- In overleg met de sectiechef FPL werkzaamheden uitvoeren inzake opslag en verwijderen van referentie
