- en selectiebedrijf zijn we verspreid over België met meer dan 445 kantoren en valt Accent onder de groep House of HR. Specialist zijn in bepaalde profielen (office&sales, retail, construct, logistics, industry&productie, food&horeca, engineering,..), op maat werken, ownership creëren, dynamisme en you are in the driverseat, daar staan we voor.

**Functiebeschrijving**
Jouw voornaamste taak als Inhouse specialist is het uitbouwen van de rekrutering voor onze Key Account klant. Je werkt dan ook exclusief voor deze klant en dit in nauwe samenwerking met de HR- manager van onze klant. Je werkt zowel vanuit de klant als extern in de regio Geel - Mol. Concreet ziet jouw takenpakket er zo uit:

- Dispatching van vacatures met een focus op de transport profielen.
- Ondersteuning in de selectie en werving van deze profielen.
- Voorstelling en opvolging van kandidaten:
? Kandidaten die rechtstreeks solliciteren bij de klant ? Instroom accent ? Instroom andere partners
- Communicatie van vacatures, kandidaten, voorstellingen en selectiegesprekken met de kantoren en de klant.
- Verhogen van de instroom door middel van infosessies, workshops, speeddates en andere diverse rekruteringscampagnes in samenwerking met het HR-team van de klant.
- Administratieve verwerking van de kandidaten in diverse databases.
- Je staat in voor de opvolging en evaluaties van de nieuwe werknemers en meet de in
- en uitstroom nauwkeurig.

- Je bent een multitasker met oog voor correcte communicatie naar alle kantoren.
- Je bent objectief en behandelt alle partijen op dezelfde correcte manier.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken en je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Goede relaties opbouwen vormt voor jou geen enkele uitdaging.
- Je houdt van het zoeken naar creatieve oplossingen om de instroom te maximaliseren, maar deze vervolgens ook tot uitvoering te brengen en op te volgen.
- Het matchen, linken en verbanden leggen tussen je klanten en je kandidaten heeft geen geheimen voor jou.
