Our client, a major player in the energy sector, is looking for a **Project/Program Manager**in Brussels.

You will be responsible for the set-up and realisation of one or more business transformation projects, including the implementation of supporting digital tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing & setting-up projects, including scope definition; activity definition; budget & resource estimations; etc.
- Building strong business case to support the portfolio management
- Managing projects, including follow-up of planning, scope, resources & quality; risks & issues management; etc.
- Leading project teams so that they work together as a cohesive team, are competent and motivated in order to achieve the project objectives as planned.
- Managing the change towards business & users: implementing (harmonisation, planning, implementation, training) and mutual coordination f complex change activities with high added value in order to ensure the realisation of project objectives.
- If applicable, selecting external partners for some project (including legal aspects, business requirements definition, ).

**Profile and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as project manager and/or program manager.
- Experience with Scrum Agile, Prince2 or another project management methodology is required, experience with agile is a plus.
- Very good communication skills are required
- Experience in the public sector is a plus.
- Experience in the energy sector or within an “infrastructure engineering & construction” environment is a plus.
- You have an affinity with digitalisation, business analysis, change management & IT.
