**_Wat houdt de functie in?_**
Als IT Operational Expert ben je verantwoordelijk om de business te ondersteunen zodat de dagdagelijkse continuïteit gegarandeerd wordt. Je werkt in een IT-team van 3 personen waarbij je instaat voor technische oplossingen & beheer op vlak van (netwerk/computer) infrastructuur & telefonie (voip) op onze 11 lokale vestigingen verspreid over het land. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de overeenkomstige partners en bent in staat om de partners aan te sturen en op te volgen. Je garandeert een veilige IT omgeving.
Je zorgt voor een volledig overzicht van alle IT (hardware) assets die binnen de organisatie in gebruik zijn. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van zowel vaste (laptops) als mobiele systemen (tablets), first line support van ondersteunende IT applicaties zoals Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Dit omvat de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- First line support / SPOC voor infrastructuurvragen (computers & tablets);
- Netwerkbeheer;
- Telefoniecentrale beheer (VoIP);
- Printerbeheer;
- IT Asset management;
- Identity & Access management (IAM);
- Systeembeheer (vnl. via InTune als MDM oplossing);
**_Jouw profiel_**
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Frans en begrijpt Engels.
- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring binnen IT (2 à 5 jaar ervaring);
- Je hebt ervaring met Office 365 en zijn productivity tools;
- Je hebt een brede kennis & interesse omtrent IT, Cloud technologie, hardware, Microsoft tools.
- Je bent flexibel qua reistijd & locatie en bent bereid om mínimaal 3 dagen per week vanuit onze verschillende locaties te werken;
- Affiniteit met MS Azure en/of AWS is een plus maar zeker geen vereiste;
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- Je bent bereid om samen met de andere IT-collega’s een permanentie te voorzien en als elkaars back-up te fungeren;
- Ervaring met de HVAC-sector en/of field-services is een plus maar absoluut geen vereiste;
