We are constantly growing and we are looking for a **Corporate IT Recruiter **to join our international recruitment team. If you are passionate about recruitment and are looking for the best colleagues in the world, look no further

**What does your day look like?**

Of course, we will guide you in this, you will be part of an international team and you will recruit people across national borders

**Requirements**:
**Who are you?**
- You have some **knowledge of IT** - the difference between front
- and back-end programming is no mystery for you, and you could name several JavaScript frameworks even when woken up in the middle of the night,
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least **3 years** of working experience in a **business environment **in a **customer-facing role,**
- You are very **sales-oriented**:

- you get energy from **convincing** others,**
- You are a **strong communicator **and enjoy working with **different stakeholders,** often challenging their points of view,
- You like to work in a **result-oriented way,**:

- You communicate easily in **English **(Dutch, French, or German is an advantage).
