**Wat houdt deze vacature in?**:

- Start je carrière op het snijvlak tussen IT en de financiële markten bij KBC. Als Business Consultant Financial Markets in ons team heb je een dubbele rol. Je
- **beheert toepassingen** die kritisch zijn voor een vlotte werking en je
- **optimaliseert processen** binnen de marktenzalen. Omdat KBC marktenzalen heeft in Brussel en andere markten - zoals Praag, Bratislava, Boedapest, Sofia en Londen - heeft de job een interessante

Die uitdaging ga je samen aan met gedreven collega’s, die graag samenwerken om doelen te bereiken, en met state-of-the-art technologieën. Hier werk je met software die wereldwijd toonaangevend is.
De eindgebruikers van de toepassingen die jij beheert zijn de sales en traders in de Front Office van Brussel, de buitenlandse branches, de Back Office en de Murex-gebruikers in andere diensten van KBC. Ook de stakeholders van je projecten zijn collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen en landen. Zo krijg je een heel

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je **ondersteunt dagelijks de sales en trading activiteten**, en de end-to-end-verwerking van transacties in gespecialiseerde software - Murex. Vaak zijn er linken met andere toepassingen, workflows, processen en producten. Vanuit deze verantwoordelijkheid draag je ook **proactief** bij tot een steeds betere kwaliteit van onze toepassingen.
- Verschillende stakeholders betrekken je in **projecten**, gaande van internationale optimatisatieprojecten tot uitrol van nieuwe functionaliteiten. Naarmate je ervaring en je interesse groeit kan je ook zelf projecten leiden.
- Je werkt steeds nauw samen met je IT-collega’s - we zijn één team - en collega’s in de marktenzalen of daarbuiten. Jouw bijdrage? Proces
- en businessanalyse, workflows opzetten, parametrisatie, stukjes programmatie, de applicatie testen, implementeren en tot slot de eindgebruikers opleiden.

- Je houdt ervan je** analytische brein** aan het werk te zetten en antwoorden te vinden op **complexe vragen**. Hierbij ga je **kritisch **te werk en maak je doordachte keuzes, afhankelijk van de context. Deze keuzes kan je motiveren naar de verschillende stakeholders toe.
- Met een **masterdiploma **in een sterk analytische richting - bijvoorbeeld economie, wiskunde, informatica of burgerlijk ingenieur - ben je perfect gewapend om een vlotte start te nemen in deze job.
- Je kijkt ernaar uit om veel bij te leren over financiële markten en ons te laten zien wat je in je mars hebt. Elk project heeft zo z’n eigen uitdagende context, jij past je vlot aan.
