As a Warehouse and Purchasing Specialist, you are responsible for activities related to the purchase of material accessories and consumable, the organization and maintenance of warehouse, the management of inventory for critical to quality items, the preparation of material needs for manufacturing, Quality Control and Research and Development's laboratories according to internal Standard Operating procedures, Work Instructions, quality records templates and in accordance with cGMP requirements.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Day to day management of Purchasing, Reception and Storage activities.
- Responsible for the accuracy of master data, levels of physical stock versus ERP avoiding stock shortage. Performing cycles and yearly inventory counts.
- Execute the preparation of starting materials, materials, accessories, consumables from Master Batch Records and/or, Specific demands from our manufacturing, quality control and/or development laboratories on site.
- Management of expired & rejected items through quality processes (Deviations, CAPA)
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators of the Purchasing and Warehouse Department to the management.

**About You**

You have:

- A minimum of Graduate degree manufacturing-oriented or equivalent experience.
- 10 years' experience in managing cross-transversal supply chain activities in GMP environment, ideally Pharmaceutic field
- Extensive experience in working with an ERP system (SAP B1) and eQMS (Master Control).
- Able to work in independently or as part of a cross-departmental regional and global teams,
- Experience in managing Deviations, CAPA and Change Controls.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
