**VOTRE MISSION**

En tant que responsable de l'équipe Service delivery management, vous rapportez au Head of Cross functional services.
Votre rôle porte sur 3 aspects:
**Management**:

- Vous coachez et coordonnez les collaborateurs de votre équipe : vous veillez à leur bonne intégration dans l'équipe, vous encouragez le feedback, vous pilotez le développement et la performance de chacun....
- Vous développez et mettez en oeuvre une stratégie et vision en ligne avec celles de NRB afin de fournir un service haut de gamme dans les délais et le budget impartis en veillant à la satisfaction et au feed-back optimal des clients internes et externes
- Vous mettez en place des plans d’amélioration de l'équipe (qualité et suivi continu de la satisfaction client)
- Vous veillez au respect des budgets, réduisez les charges de l’entité, améliorez la productivité en continu.

**Service delivery management**
Vous endossez un rôle de Service delivery manager pour un ou plusieurs clients. Sur base des contrats et SLA’s définis avec nos clients, votre mission se décline en une série d’activités s’appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques identifiées telles qu’ITIL, ISO (20000, 27001,9001)
- Garantir la qualité et conformité des services fournis en regard des termes des contrats
- Définir les services / rédiger un contrat de service (activités, architecture de service, niveaux de service, prix etc.)
- Veiller à la satisfaction optimale de nos interlocuteurs chez le client : entretenir un contact proactif avec ceux-ci, identifier leurs nouveaux besoins afin de faciliter une relation positive et productive à long terme
- Analyser les écarts par rapport aux SLA’s, identifier et traiter les plaintes
- Mettre en place des plans d’amélioration de service (qualité et suivi continu de la satisfaction client) à travers le rapport de niveau de services pour les aspects tactiques et opérationnels
- Participer au processus service management comme incident, change et problem management (ITIL)
- Apporter des suggestions et développer des solutions avec l’équipe commerciale

**Pre-Sales**:
Vous faites partie d’une équipe dans les différents domaines de pre-sales:

- Participer au processus de BID et DEMAND
- Fournir du contenu et des réponses aux différents cahiers de charges
- Participer aux processus et négociations légales
- Définir et négocier les SLA contractuels
- Participer à la défense des offres

- Connaissance des **infrastructures distribuées **et des composants (SAN, OS, serveurs, Virtualisation, DB, Web, etc.) et **des solutions logicielles**
- ** Leadership** inné, **proactif**, team-player, écoute active, orienté **client**, réelle capacité d’**analyse**, excellent **communicateur**;
- Maîtrise des processus et bonnes pratiques en matière de services IT
- Aptitude à analyser un « reporting » et structuré et efficace
- Apprécie de travailler de manière autonome sur sa zone de responsabilité et d’occuper un rôle central et transversal
- Une certification dans le domaine de service management constitue un réel atout (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.).
