Als **Senior Project Manager** bij iO, stuur je je team aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en tijdige oplevering van projecten.
- Je **waakt over deadlines**, **scope**, **budget** **en** **kwaliteit** in elke stap van het proces
- Je bekijkt alles van **twee kanten**: in je team vertegenwoordig je de klant en bij de klant ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het project
- Je zoekt mee naar **nieuwe** **mogelijkheden** **en** **oplossingen**:
- Je neemt graag je **verantwoordelijkheid**: geen ownership zonder commitment
- Je **koestert** **lange** **termijnrelaties** met je klanten en werkt actief met hen samen
Je team:
Je komt in het **strategisch** **team** **van** **Campus** **Antwerpen** terecht. Je collega’s zijn knappe koppen met bakken expertise in service, transformatie, user experience en activation design. Samen werk je aan service design-uitdagingen die inzicht, data en onderzoek vereisen. En dat zowel voor maatschappelijke als commerciële projecten.
Wat je meebrengt als Senior Project Manager
- Je hebt **+4 jaar ervaring** als projectmanager (of gelijkwaardig)
- Gecertificeerd in PM methodologie zoals **Prince 2 of PMBOK**:
- Je werkt aan **digitale klantervaringen** en intuïtieve interfaces voor **verschillende** **kanalen**:
- Je bent een **probleemoplosser** en een proactieve communicator,** zowel in je team als tegenover je klant
- Je kent iets van customer journeys en** weet wat een goed servicedesigntraject nodig heeft**:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat **elk project op budget en schema blijft**: strakke of wijzigende deadlines schrikken je niet af, langlopende projecten ook niet
- Ervaing in de **publieke sector** is een plus
- Je hebt een affiniteit met Service design, transformation en UX design
- Je kent je weg in **Jira** en **Confluence**:
- Je spreekt **Nederlands **en** Frans**
