Operational Procurer Level Raw Materials

You ensure with autonomy, under supervision of Manager all duties related to operational procurement activities for Raw Materials/Direct Spend.
In order to ensure OTIF supply along with needs and Purchaser guidance, incumbent interacts with Recticel plant(s) teams related to the procurement domains, you are in charge of (supply chain, operations, logistics, support functions).
For some Raw materials procurement and with the input of needs planning, incumbent prepares sourcing planning to meet requirements forecast and optimize TCO in line with guidance of Purchaser.
You know the contracts and related options for supplying materials and/or services, and proactively search for alternatives and/or options when a supply issue occurs.
You ensure collection of data (such as needs forecasts, historical demand and supply), perform proper check and analysis of data and propose potential options and/or optimization.
You propose and implement under guidance of Purchaser improvements for (i) the operating mode (forecast, supply split per supplier, best match source/delivery point..), (ii) process and (iii) the optimization of the Total Cost of Ownership of the purchased items of his perimeter.
You ensure compliance with the procurement policy & procedures within his job perimeter and alert if he detects issues within the company.
Profile
You have a high vocational or Bachelor degree, preferably in Procurement / Supply chain.
You have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in field of Procurement and/or supply chain.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
**MS Office**: advanced knowledge of Excel.
You have a very good knowledge and Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferably or similar).
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tool is a plus.
You are able to work with some autonomy within predefined set of rules, with capability to find and implement short
- and long-term solutions.
You have very good analytical skills.
You have very good communication skills and are a teamplayer.
