**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
Als Functional Analyst & Junior Project Manager ziet je hoofdtakenpakket eruit als volgt:

- de gebruikersnoden in kaart brengen via gesprekken, workshops en focusgroepen,
- die noden documenteren en formaliseren om de goedkeuring van gebruikers te bekomen,
- een functionele analyse uitvoeren van IT-oplossingen die voldoen aan de vastgestelde gebruikersnoden en formele uitvoeringsspecificaties opstellen,
- deelnemen aan de implementatie van IT-oplossingen met behulp van beschikbare "no-code/low-code"-technologieën, of beheer van teams van onderaannemers,
- testplannen opstellen en coördineren met testers met het oog op de correcte uitrol van de oplossingen,
- gebruikersdocumentatie opstellen en opleidingen organiseren voor de uitgerolde oplossingen,
- zorgen voor voortdurende verbetering van de uitgevoerde oplossingen door bijvoorbeeld gebruikersgroepen te organiseren en te leiden.

**Jij, onze toekomstige collega, bent**:

- houder van een diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type, aangevuld met relevante beroepservaring,
- vertrouwd met projectmanagementmethodologie (idealiter agile),
- opgeleid in of geïnteresseerd in het aanleren van "low-code / no-code"-applicatie-ontwikkeling.
