**Omschrijving**:
Onze klant, een federatie, is op zoek naar een nieuwe **Legal Project & Change Management Coach **(Regio Oost
- en West-Vlaanderen)

Je maakt deel uit van het team ‘Go for Management’ van het departement Marketing & Communicatie. Als lid van het team Go for Management ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen het terrein en de Federatie met de daarbij horende departementen (ICT, legal, ).

Je ondersteunt de notarissen en hun medewerkers, en helpt hen bij het **opstellen **en **uitrollen **van **verbeteringsprocessen **voor hun kantoor. Met andere woorden, je **adviseert notarissen op het vlak van kantoor
- en teammanagement.**

Je werkt dan ook actief mee aan de globale doelstellingen van de Federatie, die tot opdracht heeft de notariskantoren op weg te zetten naar een kwalitatieve en efficiënte werking.

**Jouw takenpakket?**

Notarissen inzichten verschaffen op basis van rentabiliteitsanalyse;
Notarissen en hun medewerkers begeleiden bij het verbeteren van hun organisatie en beroepsprocessen;
Notarissen adviseren o.v.v. **people management**, in een streven naar **operationele uitmuntendheid**.

**De Job**

Op basis van** financiële analyse** en **diepte**-**interviews **met notarissen en hun medewerkers bepaal jij welk soort verandering nodig is om de werking van notariaten te stroomlijnen. De verworven inzichten leg je vast in een auditverslag en zet je om in een concreet **traject van managementbegeleiding.**

Je geeft notarissen **advies **over het people-management van hun kantoor en **coacht **hen doorheen het nemen van noodzakelijke beslissingen conform hun eigen visie voor het kantoor, die jij mee hebt helpen ontwikkelen.

Je **begeleidt **notarissen die zich wensen te associëren bij het bewust worden van hun individuele en gemeenschappelijke waarden en faciliteert gesprekken die hen in staat stellen om tot een solide samenwerkingsakkoord te komen vóór de start van de nieuwe associatie. De verworven inzichten zet je om in een bedrijfscharter.

Samen met je team organiseer en begeleid je **interactieve management **gerelateerde workshops voor notarissen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van andere departementen, om bestaande tools en processen die nuttig zijn voor alle notarissen en hun medewerkers te optimaliseren.

**Profiel**

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in de rechten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt ervaring in Change management, Coaching en/of Proces
- en Project Management ;
- Je hebt een sterk analytische geest en wil je graag verdiepen in de economische realiteit van bedrijven/KMO’s ;
- Je hebt een passie voor people management/human nature ;
- Je bent een echte meerwaardezoeker, je bent niet bang om een bestaande manier van werken kritisch in vraag te stellen en je bent continu op zoek naar hoe dingen beter kunnen.
- Je hebt sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden (actief luisteren, empathie, impact);
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en wil impact maken;
- Je bent proactief, leergierig, stressbestendig en een echte teamplayer;
- Je kan transversaal samenwerken met mensen uit verschillende domeinen (business, juridische dienst, IT);
- Zeer goed niveau van het geschreven en gesproken Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans ;
- Je houdt ervan om met de wagen op pad te zijn om bij de verschillende notariskantoren in regio Vlaanderen te werken;
- Kennis van of affiniteit met het notariaat is een pluspunt;
