**Robert Half** is currently recruiting a **Transfer Pricing Specialist **to join a large **logistics company**.

Our client is located in **Antwerp**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Transfer Pricing Compliance**:
- Manage and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including local files and legal documentation, based on OECD guidelines.
- ** International Taxation**:
- Oversee international tax matters, acting as a liaison with tax authorities and external advisors.
- Manage communication, documentation, and inquiries during tax audits.
- Stay current with EU legal entities and directives, including tax-aggressive agreements.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other members of the tax team (comprising three people), including one team member and a manager based in Poland.
- Take ownership of transfer pricing policies and serve as the point of contact for external advisors.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience (ideally 3-4 years), with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility for tasks.
- Professional experience in transfer pricing, particularly in multinational environments.
- Previous experience at a big4 company is a plus, as well as in-house experience at a multinational group.
- ** Technical Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing compliance, including multiple jurisdictions, and proficiency in transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analysis.
- Familiarity with OECD guidelines and EU legal frameworks.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Tax6 is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- ** Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and logical decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments with high attention to detail.
