**Leonardo Belgium** is a seeking talented **Odoo Expert** to join our team in delivering essential services under a new framework contract. This opportunity is designed for professionals who are eager to contribute to **impactful projects** that support international collaboration and enhance digital solutions within the context of **European institutions**.
**Job Specifications**

**Job description**:
**We are looking for an Odoo Expert who will be able to**:
- Lead in the identification and deployment of a global out-of-the-box ERP solutions to manage EU Delegations network business needs (covering all administrative matters: HR, finance, contract, logistics, real estate, service vehicles fleet, etc.)
- Lead the preparation of the architectural vision and elaboration
- Development and enhancement of architecture
- Analysis of organizational structures
- Analysis of information systems portfolio
- Analysis of enterprise business processes
- Corporate Data flow analysis
- IS costs/benefits analysis
- Lead the ERP implementation team and provide expertise and advice to all members

- Proven experience working with Odoo for large scale organizations
**Soft Skills**
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
