Warranty Advisor

**Function**:
This function bears the responsibility of managing damage claims, recalls and mobility files from A to Z.

Organizational tasks
- Manages, evaluates and documents warranty & goodwill claims;
- Identifies customers with open/expiring recall/workshop, actions & warranties;
- Reports/ monitors warranty and goodwill processes (payment flow, invoices, etc.);
- Cooperates with workshop manager to ensure high quality and accurate work documentation in the workshop.

Operational tasks
- Enters and prepares warranty information in relevant systems;
- Coordination with different Porsche Center staff;
- Forwards claims to importer/insurance company or Porsche AG;
- Checks warranty parts availability & labelling;
- Handles warranty parts, and return to Porsche AG or Porsche Importer in a timely manner;
- Archives documents (electronic/ manual).

**Profile**:

- You have excellent communication and social skills;
- You can plan like the best, have a sense of order and structure, and can work independently;
- You are stress-resistant and enjoy working on several dossiers at the same time;
- You are good with smartphones and computers (e.g. for taking, uploading, compressing and sending photos and videos);
- You like to put the finishing touches to your work;
- You hold a bachelor's degree in auto mechanics or you already have experience within automotive Warranty & Claims management;
- You are fluent (active and passive) in English, French and Dutch;
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive service, especially in warranty is a plus;
- Passion for the automotive sector is a must.
