**What You'll Do**:

- Be at the forefront of the organization's digital transformation efforts, leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), low-code platforms, and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with various departments, analyze processes, gather requirements, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Conduct in-depth process analyses, refine requirements, maintain clean databases, propose intelligent automation alternatives, and implement innovative solutions.
- Lead project teams, inspire adoption of automation initiatives, and spearhead continuous improvement programs (Roadshows, Hackathons, etc.) to drive operational excellence.
- Contribute significantly to the organization's operational excellence, technological innovation, and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).

**What You'll Bring**:

- Analytical Excellence: Demonstrated ability to conduct process analyses, identify automation opportunities, and refine requirements for optimal implementation. Expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in analyzing and implementing intelligent automation initiatives using tools such as RPA, LowCode and AI, ensuring their successful execution and maintenance.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA, low-code development, and AI. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with various departments, conduct user testing, and ensure synchronization between Demand Intake and Azure DevOps. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Training and Support: Experience in providing training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of automation tools. Development of comprehensive documentation, user guides and catalogues to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Awareness and Adoption: Influence and inspire others to embrace automation initiatives. Drive the continuous improvement program to drive excellence and showcase the benefits of automation initiatives. Promote automation and AI and drive the Citizen Development community.
