**En tant que coordinateur en construction Store Development, vous contribuez à l’élaboration et à la réalisation de projets de nouvelles constructions et de reprises de magasins. Vous participez à la modernisation des supermarchés des entrepreneurs Spar indépendants.**
En tant que coordinateur en construction Store Development, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:
- Vous **collaborez étroitement** avec nos entrepreneurs Spar indépendants, nos partenaires internes (dessinateurs, coordinateurs de biens immobiliers, équipes de réalisation, business development) et les parties externes (les installateurs et fournisseurs, par exemple).
- Pour chaque projet, vous faites partie d’une équipe de projet et participez à l’élaboration d’un **plan de réalisation**. Vous analysez les devis demandés et établissez sur cette base une estimation des coûts, dont vous discutez ensuite avec les parties prenantes.
- Vous êtes responsable de l’**attribution** en temps utile des postes prévus.
- Vous faites rapport au chef du service responsable de la coordination de chantiers. Vos partenaires attendent de vous que vous assuriez l’**entretien** nécessaire et que vous calculiez le coût réel du projet de sorte que toutes les personnes concernées disposent des chiffres réels de la réalisation du chantier.
Vous travaillez trois jours par semaine à Malines et avez la possibilité de travailler deux jours par semaine depuis votre domicile. Selon le projet, vous travaillez parfois sur des chantiers en Wallonie.
**Profil**:
- ** Formation** - Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur dans une orientation technique, de préférence en architecture, ou justifiez d’une expérience équivalente. Toute expérience dans le domaine de la distribution constitue un atout.
- ** Force de persuasion et talent pour la communication **- Vous faites preuve d’assertivité et êtes donc capable de prendre des positions claires. Vous possédez également de solides compétences en communication, ce qui vous permet d’exposer aux sous-traitants vos points de vue de manière convaincante et constructive.
- ** Aperçu organisationnel **-Tout se déroule conformément à l’organisation et au calendrier de vos projets. Vous gardez toujours une vue d’ensemble de la situation et connaissez précisément les événements à venir à court et à long termes.
- ** Sens du détail **- Vous contribuez à des projets de construction de grande envergure. Mais dans le même temps, vous accordez une grande attention aux détails les plus infimes qui font la différence lors d’une rénovation ou d’une nouvelle construction.
- ** Connaissances linguistiques **- En tant que francophone, vous maîtrisez idéalement le néerlandais. Toutefois, des connaissances de base dans cette langue sont suffisantes.
