**Job Description**:
**Are you ready for the challenge of solving complex problems within manufacturing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? Do you thrive being exposed to diverse assignments in different teams across Europe?**
Within the Operations stream of our **_2-year-rotational European Graduate Program_**, you will be exposed to two 12-month assignments within manufacturing that are integral to our business.
Your first assignment will be taking place in the Quality Team at our production site in Soignies, Belgium as** Quality Engineer**. In this role, you will be supporting our strategic initiative of the development and evolution of web detection systems for quality defects within the plant.
For the second assignment, you will have the chance to sign up for one of our projects available in our European Production sites, such as:
- Support of continuous improvement projects with respect to Production Excellence, Environment, Health & Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Process Excellence or Enterprise Lean Six Sigma.
- Optimization projects across the whole European network
- Involvement in project work including installation of new equipment / machine modifications etc.
- Manufacturing key projects and people management roles
During the program, it will not only be about becoming a technical expert. To really drive a sustainable continuous improvement in the sites, you will need to demonstrate and develop further your communication and leadership skills to make an impact and contribute to our ambition to define and deliver world-class manufacturing processes, products and services.
While you are on this exciting journey, you will receive plenty of support along the way. Our **_Mentoring Program_**, combined with a concentrated blend of experiential **_on-the-job learning, classroom and online training_** will enable you to build your skills and transition from college to the corporate workplace, leveraging strengths and defining your career path.
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Engineering field
- First relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), preferably in an international manufacturing environment
- A good level of English
- Willingness to relocate to different projects and locations across Europe during the program
