Binnen de Corporate Office Technology, kom je terecht in een team verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van Risk Management & Compliance als ondersteuning van de CTO. Je monitort activiteiten en je bewaakt de belangrijkste risico's via gecontroleerde en betrouwbare controleprocessen.
**De job in een notendop**
- Je ondersteunt en challenget teams bij het identificeren van risico's en controles.
- Je ontwikkelt een systeem voor het monitoren van de activiteiten van de afdeling en je evalueert de efficiëntie (test van ontwerp) en effectiviteit (test van effectiviteit) van controles. Je rapporteert hiervoor aan het management.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit van de data rond risicomanagement voldoen aan de normen op groepsniveau.
- Via trainingen die je geeft aan de teams help je een risico
- en controlecultuur mee ontwikkelen.
- Daarnaast werk je mee aan tal van afdelingsprojecten en ondersteun je zo de implementatie van optimale IT-processen en -systemen.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Een universitair diploma en/of initiële beroepservaring op het gebied van risicomanagement en controleomgeving.
- Een goed inzicht in de bancaire omgeving.
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden.
- Sterke communicatie vaardigheden zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Een pragmatische en creatieve geest en je staat open voor verandering.
- Veel zin om cross-functioneel te werken aan verschillende taken.
Je scoort extra met:
- Kennis van het Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
