- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- holding teams accountable for predictability
- continuous quality improvements
- recognizing and resolving breakdowns
- coaching a growth mindset
- supporting the Product Owner and Team to achieve customer satisfaction
- a self-learner
- focused on the present
- skilled in facilitation
- communication and interpersonal skills and have prior experience on a Scrum team. Furthermore
- SMs must be able to gain a general understanding of the team’s features

**Qualifications**:

- Build the fitness of the team such that it can consistently deliver what they commit to, continuously grow their skills, and increase quality
- Coach the team in Lean-Agile practices (scrum ceremonies, shift-left, CI/CD, effort sizing, velocity management). Recognize and address breakdowns.
- Coach the team's mindset (continuous improvement, self-organization, empowerment and accountability, frameworks for conflict resolution, team health, levels of delegation)
- Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction: predictability on dates, clarity on deliverables
- Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments
