**About the Role**:
Join us as a Procurement Manager, where you'll be a pivotal force in merging science, technology, and talent to combat diseases. Your mission will involve:
**Strategic Partnership**: Forge and maintain strategic relationships with indirect spend owners and suppliers across various business lines.
**Project Leadership**: Spearhead impactful, cross-functional projects with a focus on innovation and patient-centric solutions.
**Global Strategy Implementation**: Execute global sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs and financial objectives.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Execution**: Implement global sourcing strategies, adapting to local business requirements and market dynamics.
**Benefit Management**: Oversee financial benefits, ensuring alignment with the Spend Management Framework and stakeholder agreements.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders, aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
**Supplier Management**: Manage and optimize supplier contracts and performance, fostering global opportunities and ensuring supply chain efficiency.
**About You**:
**Experience**: Proven track record in procurement within a highly regulated industry, with experience managing international and cross-functional projects focused on indirect sourcing.
**Skills**: Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of the organization.
**Mindset**: Strategic thinker with a global perspective, capable of nurturing a complex network of internal and external relationships.
**Language**: Fluency in English is essential; French is a nice-to-have.
