We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Director to lead our marketing and sales team in Belgium. As our Commercial Director, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our customer base. You'll work with a talented team of professionals, including a marketing manager, developer, event manager, short-form video creator, sales assistant, sales manager, and 12 sales representatives. In addition, you'll oversee our outbound call center team of 11 call agents and a supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Eltex's sales goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales processes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales and marketing performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and management skills with experience managing a team
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
